PRESETKEY

Terms

Effective September 18, 2026.

These terms cover PresetKey during the private beta and after its release. Where the two differ they are set side by side below, and every section after that applies to both.

Private beta

PresetKey is currently an invitation-only beta. Access comes from a licence key PresetKey sends you, or from an invite code redeemed at a $0 checkout. An invite code can expire and has a redemption limit. A key issued in the beta is a Lifetime licence for up to two of the licence holder’s devices. No payment is taken for beta access.

Beta software may contain defects, and features may change, move or be removed before release. The beta build does not include Auto-captions or Cross Upload. Keep project backups and review the changes PresetKey makes in Premiere Pro before saving over production work.

PresetKey can switch a beta key off at any time. A key that is switched off stops downloads and activations, and the panel stops accepting it the next time it checks the key.

Bug reports you send are used to fix PresetKey, and each one is also emailed to ibra@presetkey.com. What a report contains is in the privacy policy.

Released app

PresetKey is sold as Monthly, Annual and Lifetime plans. What each plan includes and its price are shown on presetkey.com, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Stripe takes the payment, and the key is emailed when the payment completes.

Monthly and Annual renew automatically at the end of each period until the subscription is cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for three days after the period ends while Stripe retries it, and returns when the payment goes through. To cancel, email ibra@presetkey.com from the address the licence was issued to. A cancelled subscription does not renew, and access ends when the subscription ends.

Lifetime is one payment. The licence does not expire, and no subscription or future charge is created.

Refund requests go to ibra@presetkey.com. A full refund switches the licence key off. A partial refund leaves it working.

A key works on up to two of your devices. A device already activated on the key can activate again at any time. To move a key to another device, ask support to free a seat.

Licence keys

License keys are personal, may not be resold or publicly shared, and may be disabled for abuse, fraudulent redemption, or attempts to bypass device limits.

Publishing to connected accounts

You are responsible for the content you publish through a connected account, and for following that platform’s own terms and guidelines when you publish it. PresetKey posts the range you marked, to the accounts you ticked, when you press Upload or at the time you scheduled. It never posts anything you did not send.

Publishing to YouTube through PresetKey also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. When you press Upload on a YouTube destination you confirm that the video follows YouTube’s Community Guidelines and that you hold the rights to everything in it. Publishing to TikTok or Instagram means agreeing to that platform’s terms in the same way.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with it. A change to plans, renewals or refunds is posted on presetkey.com before it applies.
